Robin Wynn has held a variety of senior HR roles within top financial services firms such as Citi Alternative Investments, Warburg Pincus, Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan Chase where she focused on coaching and providing guidance to senior business leaders on sensitive HR matters. Throughout her career, she has engaged in various initiatives to help mitigate and control organizational risk.

She received a BA in Behavioral Sciences from Concordia College and a MS in Human Resources Management from Fordham University. She is certified in the Hogan Suite and she is a certified facilitator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. Ms. Wynn is also the author of a Harvard Business Review article entitled "When to bring in a Professional Coach."
